Blååker – a canvas inspired by blooming flax fields.
Blååker is a linen canvas that takes its starting point from line 's own flower. Designed by Hanna Wendelbo in close collaboration with Klässbols Linneväveri, this is a pattern that captures the feeling of a blooming flax field – peaceful, vibrant and deeply rooted in the landscape.

In Blååker, Hanna Wendelbo has chosen not to highlight an individual flower, but instead to create the whole. An undulating, relatively dense pattern that brings to mind a bluish sea of ​​flowering flax – a sight that many recognize, but rarely stop to think about.

The name Blååker contains more than a color or a view. It tells the story of line's path from soil to finished textile, of roots, cultivation and a long cultural history where linehas had a natural place in everyday life. A reminder that this is a plant material, shaped by nature and refined through craftsmanship.

The tablecloth is woven in Klässbol with great care for both the pattern and the material. In the translation from sketch to fabric, the expression has been preserved, while the structure and luster of lineare given space. The result is a tablecloth with a calm but present expression – timeless, but never anonymous.

Blååker is created to be used. For everyday meals as well as for more formal occasions. With each wash, the linen becomes softer and more beautiful, and the tablecloth develops its own character over time.
