FROM GINGERBREAD MOLD TO FOLKLORE SHAPE. Dalahästpattern was born in 1995 in the kitchen at home. Jeanette Karsten was baking gingerbread with her daughter when she noticed how the cut-out cookie shapes created a graphic pattern in the dough.

Klässbols Linneväveri has gained two new owners. No less than Andreas Johansson, CEO since 2003, and John Johansson, weaver and lean coordinator, who joins as owners, and who now become equal partners with their cousins Stefan Johansson and Cenita Johansson Åsen.
We welcome the new year by celebrating HM the King's 50th anniversary on the throne and the 500th anniversary of the election of Gustav Vasa as King of Sweden. During the anniversary year between February and September, the King and Queen travel throughout Sweden to visit all the residence cities. We hope to have a nice visit again in our weaving mill.
