DELIVERY METHOD

When delivering goods within Sweden, we send shipments with Postnord MyPack Collect (agent) and Postnord Varubrev. For larger shipments, which exceed 20 kg, the goods are sent as Postnord company packages, and the order is then delivered to Postnord's nearest business center. Delivery outside Sweden is also generally made with Postnord. We ship to Germany with DHL.

Notification will be sent via SMS to the mobile number provided when ordering. If a mobile number is not provided, notification will be sent via email. If a mobile number or email is not provided, notification will be sent via letter, which will result in a one-day delivery delay. 

NOTE!
Deliveries to countries outside the EU such as Norway, the goods are sent as exports from Sweden. Read more a little further down under "IMPORTANT INFORMATION – concerning countries outside the EU.”

DELIVERY TIMES

Sweden :
In stock: 1-3 business days.
Out of stock: For products that are temporarily out of stock, delivery normally takes 3-7 business days. We will send you updated information about the status of your order via email.

EU countries:
Delivery time is 4-10 working days

Outside the EU and Europe 🇳🇴 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 and others.
4-14 business days, depending on destination and the time it takes for customs clearance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – concerning countries outside the EU.

When delivering to countries outside the EU, such as Norway , the goods are sent as exports from Sweden.

This means that:

• Swedish VAT is not charged in our online store.
• The recipient is responsible for paying any local VAT , customs duties , and administrative or service fees charged by the recipient country's customs authority and/or carrier.

These fees are determined by the recipient country's regulations and are beyond our control. We have no way of influencing or predicting the size of these costs.

Other information regarding delivery times:
– Delivery times for specially ordered items may vary; normally it takes 2-3 weeks to produce these. For some special items it may take longer.
– With each order we send a personal order acknowledgement with the estimated delivery time.
– When purchasing multiple items, we strive to send them together unless otherwise requested. Any shipping costs for partial deliveries are paid by the customer.
– If there is a delay in delivery, you will be notified via email.

Transport liability/damage to shipments

If the goods are damaged or lost during transport on their way to the customer, Klässbols Linneväveri AB is responsible. When returning the goods, you as the sender are responsible for the goods, we therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully. If you discover that the contents are damaged when unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not redeemed, Klässbols Linneväveri AB reserves the right to invoice the customer for the shipping costs. If you have chosen invoice as a payment option, the invoice is included in the package, therefore it is important to redeem the package and pay it within 10 days to avoid reminder fees and late payment interest.
