Ulrika Mårtensson

Ulrika Mårtensson is a designer and textile artist, educated at the School of Architecture at Lund University of Technology and at Textile, Konstfack.

Ulrika Mårtensson works with freelance assignments, material development and artistic design assignments.

With a particular interest in combining tradition and innovation in various ways, she has devoted herself to everyday objects, large-scale textile works, and the development of sound-absorbing textiles both for companies and in connection with public design assignments.

This has resulted in exciting public art projects and acoustic solutions, such as the Rotunda at the Royal Opera House in Stockholm. Mårtensson is a program manager and lecturer in design and spatial design at Konstfack.
