Handarbetets Vänner skola Designtorget Klässbols Linneväveri samarbete linnehanddukar

For the third year in a row, textile students from the textile handicraft school – Friends of Handicraft School (HV School) are commissioned to develops a collection in collaboration with Designtorget. New this year is that the purveyor to the court Klässbols Linneväveri is a partner.
The work consists of 11 new patterns produced at the weaving mill in Klässbols and launched at Designtorget in limited edition of 20 exklusive copies of each towel.

For more than 130 years, the Craftsmen’s Friends School at Djurgården in Stockholm have trained the art craftsmen of the future in textile craft techniques. Together with Designtorget, the Friends of the Working Group cherishes products that are held year after year.
For eight weeks, formal students in the project ”Collection in small-scale production” have challenged traditional methods and textile materials. Based on Designtorget’s range, the students have developed their own design.
