Background: Fru Embla is the counterpart to Herr Ask, and she, like him, is a strong character of her own. Seemingly random but with most conscious order. She dresses up and frames the porcelain and is ideal for setting the table together with Herr Ask, who is a pleasent contrast with its sharp pattern. Herr Ask and Fru Embla go from one color to another but they do so in their various ways. The pattern may look simple, but there a extremely long hours behind the design of the pattern in order to achieve this random-look. Many samples have been drawn up before we were completely satisfied with the result. It is pleasure to work with Klässbols Linneväveri again and with materials and techniques that are able to hold such a high quality, which is rare in the Swedish Art Industry today. – Margot Barolo

Shrinkage: All listed sizes refer to unwashed tissue. Expect a shrinkage of about 5-7% in both length and width in connection with first wash. Follow the washing instructions.
