Fru Embla is the wife of Herr Ask. The napkin’s pattern has been taken from Nordic Mythology. HERR ASK is a modern design, created by the young Margot Barolo, who received the “Young Swedish Design 2000” Award among other prizes. The sense of the pattern, is borrowed from Norse mythology that comes from the Viking Age and the Creation story of how light and darkness (warp and weft) created the world and the people by (Herr) Ask and (Fru) Embla.

Shrinkage All listed sizes refer to unwashed tissue. Expect a shrinkage of about 5-7% in both length and width in connection with first wash. Follow the washing instructions.
