Way of delivery

When shipping goods in Sweden, we use Post Packet (MyPack). Notification is via sms, to the mobile number specified at the time of the order. In the absence of a mobile number, notification is sent to your e-mail adress. Is mobile number or e-mail is missing the notification by letter, which means one day’s delivery delay. Your goods are delivered to your nearest package and service center. For larger items exceeding 20 kg, the goods are shipped as a business package. Your order will then be delivered to Postnord’s nearest business center. Even when shipping outside Sweden, delivery is generally done with Postnord.

Delivery time

Items in stock are shipped immediately, if not, you´ll be notified by e-mail about the status. Delivery time for these items may vary, usually we will weave within 2-3 weeks, some special items may take longer. You will always receive a personal order acknowledgment where we announce the estimated delivery time. When buying multiple items, full shipment is made unless otherwise desired. Shipping costs at the requested part-delivery are paid by the customer. In case of delivery delay, we will notify you by e-mail.

In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
Out-of-stock items: For products temporarily out of stock, delivery normally takes 3-7 business days. We will send updated information about the status of your order via email.

EU countries:
The delivery time is 4-10 business days.

Outside the EU and Europe:
4-14 business days, depending on the destination and the time required for customs clearance.

Additional information:
-The delivery time for custom-ordered items can vary; typically, it takes 2-3 weeks to produce these. Some special items may take longer.
-With each order, we send a personal email acknowledgment with an estimated delivery time.
– When purchasing multiple items, we aim to ship them together unless otherwise requested. Any shipping costs for partial deliveries are paid by the customer.
– If a delay in delivery occurs, you will be notified by email.

Transport responsibility / damage to shipments

Klässbols Linneväveri AB is responsible if the goods are damaged or lost during transport on its way to a customer. When returning, you are responsible for the goods, so we recommend that you pack the shipment carefully. If content is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Uncollected packages

Customer pays return freight for parcels not being collected. If you choose invoice as alternative for payment, it will be enclosed in the package. To avoid any extra fee for delay, please pay within 10 days.
