The website’s prices are subject to legal changes and events beyond our control, which may result in price adjustments. Current VAT is included in all prices.
Prices outside Europe
When purchasing, where the order is sent outside the EU, no VAT is charged. The price does not include any VAT, taxes, customs duties and administrative fees to the shipping supplier in the country of destination. These are paid, if applicable, by the recipient. The size of the fees varies from country to country.
Klässbols Linneväveri AB offers the following payment options:
1. Card payment
Card accepted: MasterCard and VISA.
Select Card type in the cash register and fill in the card owner’s name, card number, card’s month and year and the card’s CVC code.
The CVC code is the last three / four digits of the signature field on the back of the card. Card information is handled by Netaxept payment switch, which is certified according to PCI DSS.
2. Inovice (only order via telephone or mail)
When paying by invoice, the payment period applies 10 days from the day your goods are sent from us, therefore it is important that the package be picked up from the parcel agent as soon as notification has taken place. In order to use this payment option, you must contact us via telephone or mail and your personal identification number / organization number and an approved credit assessment are required.
Fee for invoice is SEK 20.
For product claims, please contact us via e-mail or telephone. It is always an advantage to attach digital images and a description of the error in the case of an e-mail contact. In case of an agreed return, you must pack the goods well and attach the description of the error. When returning an incorrect item, Klässbols Linneväveri AB pays the freight.
Right of withdrawal and right of exchange
With us, 14 days applies to the entire range in the online store. This means that you have the right to return the goods and get the money back within this period. The withdrawal period starts the day after you received the goods so save all receipts, order confirmations, payment transfers, package numbers and so that you can show that you paid the goods and collected it.
If you want to change a product, you are welcome to do so within 90 days, but the product must of course not be used. You also pay for the freight itself and its cost.
