The website’s prices are subject to legal changes and events beyond our control, which may result in price adjustments. Current VAT is included in all prices.

Prices outside Europe

When purchasing, where the order is sent outside the EU, no VAT is charged. The price does not include any VAT, taxes, customs duties and administrative fees to the shipping supplier in the country of destination. These are paid, if applicable, by the recipient. The size of the fees varies from country to country.

Payment method – Klarna Checkout

When you make your purchases it is done through our partner Klarna. Klarna Checkout is a multi-choice solution that facilitates your purchase. If you want to make your purchase outside Sweden you can easy use your payment card. If you live in Sweden you can choose to pay directly by credit card, bank transfer or Klarna Direct which is connected to your Klarna account if you have one. You can also pay later via invoice, as well as split your payments where the partial payment plans are 6, 12, 24 and 36 months and contain flexible payments.

Right of withdrawal, right of exchange and Complaint

1. With us, 14 days of cancellation rights apply to the entire range in the online store. This means that you have the right to return the item and receive the money back within this period. We handle the refund with Klarna. The cancellation deadline starts the day after you receive the item, so save all receipts, order confirmations, payment transfers, parcel numbers and the like so that you can show that you paid the item and collected it.
2. If you want to change an item, you are welcome to do so within 90 days, but of course the item may not have been used. Note – You pay for the shipping cost yourself!
3. In case of product complaint, please contact us via e-mail or telephone. Be prepared to attach pictures and a description of the wounded or incorrect area via email. On agreed return, pack the item well, attach the description of the fault. When returning an incorrect item, Klässbols Linneväveri AB pays the freight.
